Harborside Inn Of Boston

Harborside Inn Of Boston

8/10 Good
"The location was excellent! We walked everywhere and subway access was right in front of the hotel as well. The front desk staff was great - very helpful and full of good suggestions for first time visitors to Boston. And our rooms were very clean. Our only real complaint was that our bed was old and very uncomfortable, but the staff went out of their way to get us another room with a better bed. It was better but still old and not great. We appreciated their efforts. Also, the water pressure in our shower was minimal."

The Dagny Boston

10/10 Excellent
"The room was extremely clean and the staff serviced it every day. Had clean towels and sheets all the time. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is also very solid, but the Tradesman coffee and pastry house was well worth it. Great coffee, sandwiches, and pastries."

"The hotel has real charm to it. The rooms have been updated and are spacious. I love the location as we were able to walk to places like Fanueil Hall/Quincy Market Place, the North End, the Boston Common, Public Gardens and Copley Square. Enjoyed spending time in the historic Last Hurrah."

Seaport Hotel Boston

Seaport Hotel Boston

10/10 Excellent
"Great location. Safe and clean. Perfect view of the harbor. Only complaint is they need to lose the automated phone call line when trying to reach the bellman or front desk. Called for bags using their robot and it never connected to a live human. Human touch is key in customer service. So lose the automation. Took about 35 min to get a bellman to come for the bags."
