「The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was spot on. The only drawback was dirty laundry in the hall for our first day at the hotel. Additional hooks in the bathroom would be useful. We were very happy with this nice hotel.」

「We got there 10 minutes before check in, and they didn’t know how long before our room would be ready. They were booked solid since there was a concert in town. Our door handle was broken, we informed the staff and nothing was done. The restaurant on the rooftop was at half capacity but there was an hour wait. We were on the 8th floor, and the windows were so thin that we could actually hear car radios like we were in the car with them. I will never stay here again, this was probably the worst...

「Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain.
