"The bathroom was very clean, though the walls of the shower could have been cleaner. The room itself smelled clean, the carpet felt clean, which is not typically the case in hotels. The staff were amazing; everyone was sweet, kind and helpful. The internet was fast and the password provided at check in. The breakfast was quite extensive, and tasted really good! I especially liked that the toaster made my toast warm and not burnt! Great selection of food. The price was also completely reasonable and was worth it in my humble opinion. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations! The fact that there is a pool and it is in working order, was very clean and open at reasonable hours was also a pleasant surprise!"

"Very happy with our stay at this location, very friendly staff, great breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. Staff always smiled and said good morning. Property was clean and modern. Rooms large, spacious and clean. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not made up the next day, I meant to ask if this was their policy as I see this a lot of Toronto hotels but front desk immediately gave us clean towels when we asked. We had partly choose this location for its pool and note the pool was cool at best. "

"Did not use the gym The room was terrible. The tub was plugged, the toilet seat was falling off and the toilet was not flushing right. We told several times that things had been fixed which was not true. On the last afternoon one of the manager’s came with maintenance to fix things with us in the room. thank you."

"The place is very literally falling apart. It’s mouldy, the bathtub siding is coming off, there’s water damage in every room, the bathroom fan doesn’t work, the shower knob is so broken that it just spins around and you have to struggle to get the water to turn on. We were scared it might just fall off. There’s pieces of vanity siding in the bathroom missing from water damage. This place needs to be gutted or torn down. I can’t understand why it’s got 4 stars. It makes zero sense. The fact that there weren’t bugs feels like a win. "
