「We liked the fact it was available on a holiday weekend, staff let us check in earlier. It wasn’t the cleanest room. Old looking not updated. Our bathroom sink was left with hair and it was dirty . The pool area had an unpleasant odor, and the room's refrigerator was not functioning properly, resulting in a foul smell. Additionally, the bedding was stained. I was also charged a $100 deposit beyond my initial reservation cost. I would appreciate it if you could provide a refund for the inconvenience caused.」
