「I booked through Expedia. My card was charged twice. We arrived at 3am EXHAUSTED and the nearest open rooms were around 20 miles away. When I went to check in and I told them my name for the reservation the staff looked at each and said that room wasn't clean. They then proceeded to tell me about how short staffed they were and the one was on more than a double shift at that point. So my family and I were without a room and our funds were locked up with my card having 2 room charges on it....

「A lot of varieties for the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Great view. Air conditioner is quiet. Pool is small but great for a dip and then into the jacuzzi. Only problem was the occupants upstairs letting the kids run wild across the floor into the wee hours of the morning. When a member of our party contacted the front desk, they notified the party to keep the noise down. 」

「I would not stay here again. The first night the smoke alarm went off at 2:00 a.m. We had to switch rooms. One of the two elevators was out of commission for our entire stay. On the last day they turned the water off mid-morning with no warning before I had a chance to shower. The location is nice and they had laundry facilities and free breakfast but seriously this place is falling apart.」

「Easy check in/check out, friendly welcoming staff. Loved the treat bags for our dogs. The room was very stylish, clean and comfortable. Amenities include a pool and workout room. For breakfast there was quite a variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed made to order eggs for breakfast with waffles! There was a nice greenbelt for our dogs potty breaks.」

「Was not provided the room I booked and paid for. No response or assistance with correcting this from management or the booking agency. Staff was inattentive and unhelpful. Reasonable priced rooms. Hotel has relatively easy access to the highway. Location is a 2.5 out of 5. Overall experience was a 2.7 out of 5 stars.」

「Excellent place to stay in Yakima. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was very good at an additional charge. I look forward to returning again next month. This will be my place to stay going forward in Yakima. Nice touch with the wine tasting opportunity too.」

「Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport.」
