"Everything was great - the app on my phone would only let me click 4 stars but it should have been 5 across the board. The whirlpool room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing! We loved the breakfast each morning and ordered from the restaurant 2 out of three nights because the food was so good! We had stayed here years ago while they were working on a remodel, and this time we benefited from all of that work! It was well done! Thanks to all the staff who helped us and kept the hotel clean and service excellent - we are likely to stay here next year too!"

"Airport shuttle was very convenient and pleasant. The room was very clean and well laid out. The amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion) were great. The wing I was in had no elevator, so be prepared for stairs or ask for a room on the main floors. I was in wing 3. The restaurant was not open. The bar was open. The website shows the Seasons restaurant open for dinner, yet it was closed and the signs in the hotel show the restaurant closed at 2pm? I was very confused and had to go elsewhere for dinner. There were no USB or charging ports in the room I stayed in. To charge my phone while I slept I had to pull out the night stand and plug my charger in the wall outlet. It would be helpful to have either lamps with chargers or a charging station on one of the night stands. There was a electrical plug or outlet on the lamp on the desk, which came in handy when working on my laptop at the desk."
