Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "This is our third stay at the Imperial and it won't be our last! Very homely, friendly - nothing too much trouble. We always have a superior double with sea view - the views are fantastic. Situated on the esplanade opposite the sea, behind hotel is the park and access to the town or take a leisurely stroll along the esplanade towards the point! Lovely! The food is good here. Buffet breakfast - everything you could wish for. Evening meal is choice of 3 or 4 starters, mains and choice of three desserts. They also offer a lunch/bar daytime menu and I can thoroughly recommend the afternoon tea - delicious!! They also do cream teas. "
