"Very nice place, it's location is very weird, no other hotels in sight, looks like a private homes area, but other than that, very nice place, decent breakfast, very big room and a decent free parking. I recommend if the above aren't a problem, only for people with cars I think."

"Nice bed, and well equipped modern room - found it a bit odd that the bathroom was right in the room - but wasn’t an issue as I travelled solo. Hotel was quiet but check in was easy, and a problem with my room key was quickly resolved. Only thing I would say is that there was no sign for what to do in the restaurant - I didn’t realise (as an Englishman) that you just sat down, and the waiters didn’t acknowledge me while I was standing at the door. "

"We used buses from the airport station to reach this hotel, only 3 stops away. It seems popular with those arriving by car and leaving their car during trip away. Spacious, quiet room with good heating, fridge and bath. Lovely breakfasts and dinners in restaurant which is about to be refurbished. Very good value meals for an airport hotel. Swimming pool is popular. Bus ride into Ratingen also handy. Hotel staff helpful, if not fulsome in their friendliness. Would definitely return. "

" A little dated hotel/rooms. A tiny television with no functionality such as apple play or google casting. I booked a double bed but got a room with 2 single beds side by side which dosnt really work as a double bed because of the gap in the middle. Overalll quiet and clean."

"This hotel is nowhere near the airport! It cost us 60 Euros from the terminal to get to the hotel then another 40 euros back to the airport, which was considerably more than the room itself. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fine for what we needed given we had missed our flight and just needed a bed. Very unhappy about the distance though and the overall cost this came to including the taxi fare. This cannot be marketed as an airport hotel when its a 15-20 minute (and exorbitant...
