「Area Don't feel Safe . Staff was Lackadaisical about your Complaints. Door was not Locking Properly and I had to wait until the Next Day for the Maintenance Man .The Safe to Secure My Properly had not Battery so it Couldn't be Closed.Needless to Say I only Spent one Night There.I Returned 8 Days Later to Retrieve my Properly, and the Safe Still had No Batteries. This Battery Situation was Reported to Both the Office on the Night of Check in , And The Maintenance Man. Calling Expedia was Useless....

「Staff exceptional, Ayesha at check in and the rest of the team exceptional .」

「Clean, welcoming and everything you need 」

「Scrupulously clean and delightful staff」

「Staying at BlackBrick Bedfordview was unpleasant. I booked two rooms for 3 night. In both rooms the locks on the doors weren't working and the sheets had not been changed / cleaned after the previous guest checked out. I complained to management. The locks were fixed but the sheets were not changed throughout my 3-night stay. I will never book or stay there again.」

「The room itself is clean and good decoration is very nice But I think the staff shall be trained better … One of them used their private phone to take pics of my passport including my pics my birthday my passport number which are so sensitive neglecting my feelings…」
