「My stay at the BM Gardens Hotel was an absolute phenomenal experience. The staff was exceptional, everyone displayed superb hospitality. Pleasant smiles, cordial greetings and a readiness to assist was the order of the day. It was my first visit to South Africa and I was made to feel as if I have known them for a lifetime. BM Gardens is my hotel of choice. I am sending a “ shoutout “ to my family and friends and prospective guests to choose BM Gardens Hotel it is a home away from home.」

「Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available. As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable 」
