「Every thing was great」

「The hotel was clean and most of the staff was very polite.」

「This is a great place to stop after a long drive. I was exhausted from a very stressful day and difficult week. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and knew I made the correct decision stopping here. It was very clean, comfortable and safe.」

「* Pluses: The room was clean, bright, newly painted, and well appointed with what you’d expect for a life expensive room (great value). * Minuses: The toilet issue roll had 1/3 remaining with no spare. The toilet bowl either had “missing” porcelain coating or a stain inside near the exit at the bottom. It appeared otherwise clean (just needed some TLC/maintenance). Other than that, we were very pleased!」

「I was having surgery so I couldn't have breakfast but my husband went down and breakfast was being served and he said everything was good and hot. As for the staff, not impressed. She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. She didn't tell me which way our room was or anything else we should know except the wi-fi was our room number. She wasn't rude just very dry. She also should use her...

「We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue and they resolved it quickly.」

「Front desk staff were wonderful. The rooms and facility as a whole lacked cleanliness. Floors were always dirty in main areas. The room hadn't been dusted in a while, there was hair from previous people throughout our room. Our floor hadn't been vacuumed prior to us getting there. Bathroom floor was gross and the baseboards were very dirty and had hair all over them. Definitely not the cleanest HIE we've stayed. The room was very humid and sticky too. Breakfast was decent.」

「Was to be a non smoking hotel, yet walked into hallway and smelled Marijuana very strong. Called front desk and was told "there's nothing we can do about it", my grandkids asked what the nasty smell was. There is NO arcade as stated, grandkids extremely disappointed. Will not book again!!!」
