「The cottage slept 5 and while missing enough cutlery crockery and glasses for more than 2 people, we found it set up exceptionally well. The fixtures and fittings were all brand new, including beds, tables, chairs, flooring, mirrors, bedsides, cabinets and wardrobes, it really was very comfortable apart from the sofa bed that we felt was a bit old and worn in comparison to the rest of the cottage. The bathrooms (yes 2!) were absolutely beautiful, fab showers, marble finish and very high quality...

While a fan had been provided, there was no air conditioning and the fan did little to improve the lack of ventilation. The room also did not appear to have been cleaned to a particularly high standard. There was a noticeable line of dust behind the radiator, and I found a small puddle of water on the bathroom floor upon entering the room. The sound insulation also appeared to be very poor. The curtains weren't big enough to cover the full length of the window so when they shut in the middle there were big gaps at each side. When another party in my booking tried to check-in later they were told by staff there was no room booked in their name, and then were given a room key to someone else in the bookings room, only to find out when they opened the door and the person cried out to let them know...
