"I was greet upon check in by the nicest young lady. She was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. I arrived early without a clue what to do. I was able to get in my room early. I was very appreciative. That made a great start to my mother/daughter trip. If I could give 10 stars to the shuttle team I would. They were on time. The only issue was the overnight shuttle that I needed to catch at 2:30 am. It was not available so I caught an uber. Outside of that I would highly recommend and stay at this hotel again. "

"The hotel is a fantastic downtown option within walking distance of many great dining options, Rutgers, and the train station. We found the room cozy and clean, and the hotel decor felt welcoming. The staff was nice, especially in the restaurant. We enjoyed a nice holiday weekend stay. Our only complaint related to parking. It would be nice to have more convenient options for parking, but we understand the limitations given location. Honestly, we greatly enjoyed our stay and the more unique hotel experience, so we’ll likely return to visit our child at Rutgers."

"Everything was 10/10: Cleanliness, Staff, the beds. There was no weird smell, the design is modern, minimalistic and cheerful and the staff clearly is getting on well, making the experience welcoming and extremely pleasant!!!! Having had a really bad experience somewhere else in Jersey not too long ago, this was a breath of fresh air:) Thank you. I will be staying here again when I am in the area."
