The key reader battery died when we got back at night and staff said there was no way to get into room or to our things until morning. They put us in a room with 2 double beds instead of a king. Night staff was not apologetic or helpful. Would not stay here again.

We were a bit disappointed because the hotel description on hotels.com said the pool would be open in April, but when we checked in we were told that it wouldn't be open until May.
