Sheraton Raleigh Hotel
My closet overhead light caught on fire. They tried to dismiss it like it was nothing. The lock on the door had been previously broken into. Television was not working and small bugs observed near window. Mold painted over in ceiling. I have NOT received my 100.00 deposit.

We got the airport almost midnight, and was unable to pick up our rental car. I called the property and the driver showed up in less than 10 minutes to pick up us. That was very sweet.
