「It was an amazing experience staying at this resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; primarily Geet. She went above and beyond to ensure we have a pleasing stay at the resort.」

「The property is good for only it's location that too only for the view from its top floor rooms (Suit). Hotel is badly understaffed. Water Geysers are not efficient thus hot water was not available. Restaurant does not serve most of the items on its menu and quality of food was average. There is lack of internal communication, Our booking was with breakfast included but restaurant was not notified hence staff asked us to pay, issue was later sorted.」

「A decent place to stay, quiet and nicely located. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. However, the staff are disorganised and do not respect standard boundaries and confidentiality. Upon arrival, we paid the hotel for the rooms we had booked. They did not provide a receipt or any record of that payment, and then chased us after check-out for the exact same payment. They contacted our family members (who stayed in the hotel as well) regarding our payments, and continued to contact them...
