Lovely respite from the hustle.

We enjoyed the green peaceful surroundings and the pool after a few days in Mumbai. Not far to walk to the old town sights and restaurants. Also next to a large park for peaceful strolls.

Decent place, but very disorganised

A decent place to stay, quiet and nicely located. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. However, the staff are disorganised and do not respect standard boundaries and confidentiality. Upon arrival, we paid the hotel for the rooms we had booked. They did not provide a receipt or any record of that payment, and then chased us after check-out for the exact same payment. They contacted our family members (who stayed in the hotel as well) regarding our payments, and continued to contact them 5-6 times over the space of 2 days. There was no respect for boundaries and they are contacting someone who is the not the payment holder without our consent. These multiple contacts with varying information about monies owed as well as overpayments, and mistakingly overcharging our friends who also stayed there... it was testament to the disorganisation across the staff and management at the hotel.
