「The room was lovely. Some staff were difficult to get information from or request anything. Pankaj from housekeeping was fantastic and so very helpful to my entire family. He made our stay much more pleasant.」

「Very clean rooms, friendly staff, very comfortable stay!! Perfect breakfast and dinner options!!」

「This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. 「Clean room, cooperative staff, best view, and great comfort」

「Very close to temple. Neat and clean property. Hot water was not ready for shower after turning on switch. It was summer time so no problem.」

Spacious and clean rooms. Hotel amenities are very modern with centrally air conditioned rooms. Bathrooms are modern with hot shower. Courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Hotel is family friendly. Hotel has Annakoot restaurant and Sakhdi restaurant just beside the hotel which is also...

「Great staff, service and room.」

「Very well maintained and polite staff. They made sure everything was right from checkin to our food. 」

「All around very good.」

「A strictly average property. Best for a few nights. It's called Sree Leela Palace by the way and Papaya Leaf is the name of the group that owns it. and while it's a 5 min walk to the temple which is the best part it's slightly off the main road and hard to locate if you are coming for the first time. Rooms are compact. Air conditioning in the rooms worked well. Power cuts did happen a few times during the day but manageable. Wifi was ok. The category of the room we had booked was not given to us...

「Elegant facade but poor interior. Staff eager to help but late to responf😇😌」
