"When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The only hotel in my entire multiple visits to India where i had to deliver my own suitcases to my room. Not very impressed overall. No intention of returning here. "

"My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Aloft Aerocity. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Climate control worked well. And the breakfast was really excellent. It easily matches or exceeds the five-star hotels I've enjoyed in the U.S. "

"Had a fabulous time at the Taj. the staf were examplary and went out of their way to help me and my elderly mother. Especially enjoyed the Pottery Activity with Rahul and Rohit, it was great to see my mum make a work of art."

"Overall a great stay, but service was inconsistent. We chose the Sheraton due to the bigger kid-friendly pool as well as the proximity to the mall. Mall access was fantastically easy, and can probably only be beat by the neighboring hotel. There is a side entrance that allows you to go out the rear of the hotel property facing the mall and it's just a 100' walk or so. The room was a good size, in good condition, and clean. The basement bathroom/changing area for the pool was immaculate. The pool was a little older and had a loose rail, but overall was in decent shape. We usually felt like we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was solid, with plenty of options both Indian and western. Room service is pretty fast. We only used it once, but we got our food in about half an hour, which is much faster than other 5 stay hotels I've stayed at (Leela, Trident). Staff was great and was very accommodating about arriving early or checking out late."

"Clean rooms, onsite check-in was smooth and fast. Staff unable to advise if Sauna and Steam facilities were free or a fee needed to be paid. Evening Buffet had a good selection of local cuisine, unfortunately the breakfast was cold. I had sausage bacon and been and toast, when it was brought to the attention of staff, the provided hot beans in a small bowl, by which time the rest had gone cold. In the end i just had coffee and toast, this was at he start fo the breakfast buffet times (0630)"

"Impressive grand lobby but spacious rooms don't match in quality with a musty smell and lack of modern design. Not 5 star based on stained sheets, cheaper rough bath towels, and inability to reach front desk from room phone or mobile. Breakfast mediocre with some dirty plates/glasses, tables not properly cleaned with disinfectant, and buffet not refreshed regularly. The pool is dirty due to pigeons. Seems like a 3 star experience which doesn't fit the expectations of Hilton. I would stay at Grand Hyatt nearby for the 5 star feel. "
