「If you are looking for a serene hotel with fabulous staff and clean surroundings in Mumbai then this is the hotel for you. It was the first time staying at a Taj hotel group hotel and all I can say is that if this hotel is anything to go by, I will be reappearing it. The room was clean, great breakfasts daily, and lovely facilities. I was even fortunate to use the spa facilities which were first class. I had Reduka do my nails and Angel a scrub and wrap and both were excellent. I wish I’d gone...

「One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!」

「Although the location is convenient, the room is very clean, the service is really bad ! I booked the airport pick up for my colleague in hotel before one day back. And continuous remind the hotel check the booking. But the driver was came late almost one hour. I book the pick up service for two ways, but the driver told me only one way and I need to pay him right now. This is very bad experience. The hotel person should be retrain.」
