The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. "The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally...

"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...
