「DO NOT BOOK WITH ZENITH HOMES - Gave us a room with wires sticking out of the walls, dirty, smelly and in an area where there was lots of noise - 2nd apt shown was nice, but had to share with other people, works in the apt were unfinished, very small room, no breakfast or any food - young boy allocated to look after us was good, but helpless - DO NOT BOOK WITH ZENITH HOMES!!! 」

「Its not at all safe to stay here. Cleaners dont even knock the door before entering, they just barge in. There were mosquitoes in the room as the windows were not able to close. Bathroom is dirty too. 」

「My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

「Property is clean and well maintained. Location is also good. However, parking is a major issue. Also the bathroom has a small capacity geyser. One can get hot water only for a couple of minutes. Other than that, it’s fine and a good value」

「I checked out at 12:20. Between 11:45 and 12:20 when I left the room, I recieved two calls asking me and reminding me on check out . A bit silly I felt. While at check out I asked them about it, they mentioned check out was 11 am. I am sorry 11 am won't work for a business hotel, maybe a holiday resort. While the room was nice, and the in room dining was excellent.. their check in was again weird . Sending some QR codes on the phone and asking to click. In today's cyber security times, I am not...

「This property did not turn out to be what you see in the pictures. The property is very old, run down and not maintained well was not kept clean. We had stains on our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival and even though they were asked to be changed, the new ones still had stains on them. The bathrooms were not kept clean as well, as well as all fixtures being old and worn down. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this property. 」

「Was not expecting such small rooms, too noisy, no peace 」

「This was by far, one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in...ever. To even find the hotel itself was a pain as it is inside a building on the 6th floor, not explained when booking. Then, when wanting to pay via CC, they wanted me to go to another location entirely to pay....they did not have CC machine on location. No hot water for shower. Bugs and cockroaches in the room. Stay away.」
