"We visited during a cold spell in Delhi. Heaters were provided for the guest rooms, which was wonderful. However, the dining area wasn’t heated so food arrived or immediately became cold. The communal dining with other travellers was very nice and so were Sagar and his family. I recommend this place for a safe, comfortable and friendly stay. A great place for single female travellers."

"Staff were very accommodating to my needs. Arranged my trip to Red Fort, and helped me find various places nearby. Also, the chef made a special effort to make me homemade soup as I was feeling the effects of a heavy head cold. Room was comfortable with excellent private bathroom, only minor problem was that their electric kettle needed replacing more than once, but otherwise everything was fine. "

"Overall, I had a nice stay. The food was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff were also very helpful and welcoming. A few small issues stood out: several lightbulbs needed replacing, the shower leaked, and there was a moldy coaster in the bathroom where the water glasses were kept. My room was close to reception, so it could be quite noisy during the day, which was difficult while recovering from jet lag. With a bit more attention to these details, this...
