「The hotel was truly amazing. The location was perfect right in the middle of old town next to restaurants and a 5 min walk from the river front. The patio area was nestled in the middle of the hotel and felt like a breath of fresh air. The service was great they were extremely attentive. I also sprained my ankle and asked for some ice they had someone bring it in mins in a sealed bag so I can ice my ankle truly great hotel」

「What a fantastic hotel. The rooms appear to all be pool facing and have lovely big balconies. They are clean and modern with comfortable beds. Staff were cheerful, and helpful. The breakfast offering was very good. The rooftop terrace is stunning and the main pool area is very very relaxing. The addition of the heated indoor pool and Spa area was a particularly nice touch. 「Positives - Our room was on the 6th floor which has an amazing view out to the Atlantic! - The bed was comfortable - The air con was good. - Shower was good. - Enjoyed our time at the lower level sea water pool and great to have sea access. - Nice bar staff at the lower level pool. Negatives - Really poor soundproofing in the room, we heard stomping around from upstairs at all different hours of the day, you can hear people using the bathroom taps/showers. 「Hotel ist sehr guter Lage mit tollem Frühstück im Schwesterhotel (5Sterne) schöne Poollandschaft mit Gym, Whirlpool und Indoor-Pool tolle Aussicht, alles sehr hochwertig sehr nettes Personal: wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt verlängern wg Generalstreik (u.a. TAP), bekamen für die 2Tage ein Zimmerupgrade」

Hatten einen kleinen Defekt, welcher innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert wurde. Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden」
