「Was a bit hard to communicate to the front desk when informing them about my late arrival. They were very helpful on arrival but getting around the property was a bit difficult and the lack of instruction about appropriate entrances at certain times throughout the day made things a bit hard. Breakfast at the cafe on site was lovely. Make sure you inform the hotel prior to arrival if you have a car you need to park. You need a set of keys to get through all the doors and they only give you one...

「The resort and staff were incredible! The facilities were well maintained, food onsite was great with a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Also super close to restaurants in surrounding area and a short 10 min drive from downtown Funchal with the convenience of a hop on hop off bus stop right at the resort! Highly recommended!」

Jedoch würde ich nächstes Mal kein Zimmer mit Meerblick nehmen, da dort eine große Straße ist, dadurch ist es sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl - es findet somit für jeden etwas (auch Laktosefrei und Glutenfrei).」
