"The directions were easy to follow so we found the hotel without a problem. The receptionist was delightful and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable and warm. The shower had great water pressure and there was a hairdryer. With free parking outside the front door and breakfast included there wasn't anything not to like. Great value for money ."

"The service at this hotel was unparallel. I needed a medication and they sent a driver to the pharmacy to pick it up and bring it back to the hotel. I also needed hiking boots and they went to a hiking shoe store bought me my size got them on sale and brought them to the hotel. I’ve never experienced such incredible service before at a hotel."

"Excellent location, Quiet. Kind staff, beautiful view, beautiful room and clean, very nice breakfast. Superb pool area and terrasse overlooking the Douro Valley. I highly recommend.
Only downside is the bathroom and toilet is in the bedroom open area. However, there are other bathrooms for more privacy in a well decorated cabin outside the room. "
