"Staff were all very polite & helpful. From the valet directing us to the nearest parking (we chose not to get valet), the front desk clerk, & cleaning personnel. They all made us feel welcome. The exterior and lobby are both well kept and very nice. When I walked into the lobby and saw the indoor fountains, balconies and glass elevators, I literally said “I think this is the nicest hotel I’ve ever been to” As for the room itself, it was more dated and showed signs of needing a remodel. In a few spots you could see where the wall paper seams were starting to come apart, rust in the bath tub, and the carpet/furniture was a throwback to the 90s. However, it was very clean and a good size. The location is phenomenal! It’s a short walk to the PayCom center, Botanical Garden, and Bricktown area. There are plenty of coffee shops & restaurants near by. The city has plenty of options for transport such as the rail car, scooters, etc. Overall, we would most definitely stay here again. "

"Okay this resort exceeded my expectations ten fold. They’ve thought of EVERYTHING. There is something to do for all ages and stages. I had a blast with my son and 14 and 11 year old kiddos!!!"

"Beds were comfy. The breakfast attendant was so sweet and reassuring when we showed up at almost closing. The food was actually decent as well. Would stay again "

"The hotel was clean my only problem is when I booked my price was 385.66 but I was charged 400.02 not including the deposit. The deposit was and extra 40 but I did get that back "

"Do NOT book a room here! This place somehow had a 6.8 rating and I wasted some of my Key Cash staying at this dump. The room they initially put us in had hair and flakes of something in the bed and on the pillows. A dirty towel was also left in the bathroom. The mini fridge didn't work and the temperature control knob was broken off. The TV also didn't work at all. It wouldn't even turn on. The electrical outlets were also hanging out of the wall and some didn't work. There was no ice available at any machines in the hallways. There was a sign that you could get some near the front lobby, but I didn't bother looking at that point. The hallways reeked of weed, even though the desk clerk was adamant that they didn't allow pets or smoking. This "hotel" is somehow a part of the Choice Hotels group. They should immediately disassociate themselves with this place. "
