"We stayed for 3 nights. The pull out couch didn't have any sheets/blankets or pillows. When we realized that and went to ask, they said the linen closet was locked for the night? They did find a sheet so we just used our comfoter from kind bed and some pillows for the kids. (The pillows are pretty small) The room was clean but you could tell the room itself has been worn down. The breakfast was pretty good and the pool/hot tub was nice. They didn't have towels so I had to let the front desk know twice to restock. (Not a huge deal). Staff was friendly and check in/out was easy. The price is fair, regarding how our experience was. Had a good time and I'd consider staying again"

"Bed bugs!! I chose this location due to the middle price range for the area and proximity to caves. I checked in with my son and the front desk stated my room and how to get there when a male stranger was behind me. The number is on the card sleeve and should be private for protection. The facilities were unclean, but I thought we could try to still enjoy ourselves. Woke up to bites and a bed bug by my face. I told the front desk and he tried getting me to change rooms. They KNOW that they are booking guests in a hotel with bed bugs. We lost a lot of sleep while trying to get out and find another hotel. It was very unsettling and we are worried that we may have them on our luggage or persons. Found another hotel, bagged up all of our clothes we had on and took hot showers. The second hotel asked us what hotel we had been out and they said Baymont is infested with bed bugs and they usually don’t let people stay after they have been at Baymont. Baymont KNOWS they have this problem! They should be shut down. "

"Friendly staff, but my particular room needs an update. Peeling ceiling and flooring in the bathroom. Not sure if other rooms are newer than what I had. That said, I would stay again here as it was very quiet. Breakfast was basic and not my cup of tea, but I saw others enjoying it. "

"Room was clean. Hotel was in excellent repair. Pool area was well used but well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better but it’s a simple buffet and was adequate for being included. "

"The vending machines look really nice, but they don’t work. They charged my card 8x. I called the hotel to figure out what happened. The first gentleman dismissed it, and said it wasn’t a big deal. They’ll just “fall off”. I waited a week, and they didn’t. I called back again and talked to the GM. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking. She seemed so bothered that I called about something so minuscule. I will have to wait weeks for them to do anything. The stay itself was okay. The pool was broken. The lady at check in was the only staff member that was welcoming and kind. "
