Due to a long check-out line, we were unable to speak with hotel staff before departing for our softball tournament. We observed spiders in our room on three separate occasions. Unattended alcohol bottles were present by the pool, and excessive noise from running and yelling made sleep impossible. Breakfast service was excessively slow, with a wait time exceeding 20 minutes despite few occupied tables. While we possessed $40 in breakfast vouchers, we were still charged approximately $10 despite our total being less than the voucher amount. Following contact with their chat service, a case number was assigned, but promised follow-up was not received. After repeated attempts, a manager offered IHG points as compensation, which remain uncredited to my account after over a week, despite further follow-up.
