Rooms- even though you put the card on the bed that says change my sheets they keep reusing the same sheets, even if they’re stained and you tip. Very frustrating.

Excellent location, decent service from staff. Ours was an all inclusive stay and we enjoyed the hospitality, kids play areas, pool was neatly maintained and drinks were served to the pool
Only negative thing to say about this stay is though we had 3 restaurants, dinner wait time was ridiculous at 1hr + and they did not have an option to call/text us so we had to keep going and checking if tables were available,
