"Staff at reception were helpful and respectful. Angeles, a front desk clerk was extremely accommodating to our vacation needs. She was able to move us to a different room when the first one was not to standards. The second room was clean and had a partial view to the beach! The hotel had an amazing view to the beach!!! The proximity to walking distance restaurants was amazing and worth while. The restaurant “Mar y Vino” had amazing staff, beach view and sunset, food was delicious and well presented. Highlight of a trip! For breakfast, Kaiser Maximilian Espresso Bar, we loved a restaurant on the premises, Pueblo bonito restaurant with live music. Coffee break after a walk on the beach around the corner, next to Cafe de Olla. The emersion of the culture around this hotel is a reality. We were there for 16 de sept. “El grito“, Mexican Independence Day parade by local students and Naval with their huskies. If you are there for the culture this will be the center of it all."

"El hotel estuvo increíble y tuvimos una excelente experiencia en general. La habitación estuvo muy bonita, cómoda y siempre muy limpia. El servicio a la habitación también fue excelente y el personal siempre fue muy amable. Todo estuvo muy bien cuidado y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fue que al principio intentaron invitarnos a una presentación de aproximadamente una hora y media para hablarnos sobre los hoteles Hyatt/Hyatt Ziva, membresías y opciones para comprar una. No nos interesó continuar con eso y decidimos cancelarlo, así que al final no fue un problema. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo excelente. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí."

"Our room was in the Coba Tower. The room was clean, and housekeeping came daily. The staff does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel grounds. The landscaping is beautiful, and the property is well-kept. Restaurant service is top-notch, and the food and drinks are delicious and high-quality. There is a fantastic sandy beach. It has everything needed for a wonderful week-long vacation with the family."

"Our stay was pretty good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and the food was very good. Unfortunately we went during low season and it was quieter than we hoped for our kiddo to find a kid to play with and the Kids Club seemed very quiet. The pool is nice but not so kid friendly (like lots of places to socialize but not necessarily for kids fun with a slide or splash area). The room was very nice (well decorated, plenty of space, all the details accounted for) but the bed was pretty hard for our liking. One thing I loved about our stay, the resort collects olive ridley sea turtle nests to protect them from predators on the beach then releases them into the bay when they hatch, so I saw that one morning."

"Everyone was very kind, food was good. Atmosphere great with the locals but the only thing I have to complain is how outdated the resort looks compared to the pictures online. Online everything looks amazing and new and thats not the case also the room air conditioning was horrible first night room was so hot even after we called to have someone fix it, we also asked the next day we were told someone would come up and no one ever did."
