"The place is older and tries to keep up with the name prince using royal and classical decorations. But it makes up for that with an amazing staff a great included free breakfast buffet and a gem of a hidden away bar, that is like something out of Narnia. "

"I booked this for my mom and sister via Expedia. I messaged the property to ask if there is anything I could send them to ensure smooth checkin for them. The property never responded via Expedia. My sister called the day before and was assured there will be no problem. On the actual day, the staff made checkin difficult due to this fact and was challenging who spoke to my sister the day before. It really dampened the impression of their stay. Otherwise, the hotel was an excellent location when you need to do something in the baywalk area. Very close to US embassy. The hotel is old but clean. My sister had no issues with the stay except for the check in experience. The concern is not about being asked proof of checkin. It’s the poor communication."

"The room was great. The staff treat me like family. They themselves seemed like family taking care of family. Almost three weeks there and everything was perfect. All the staff was amazing but Angelu stood out for me. She greeted everyone with a beautiful smile and was very polite. I heard many guest talking about how nice she was. I will definitely be back at this location."
