"The kitchen cupboards had a moldy odour. The lounge also had an unpleasant smell. The rest of the apartment was excellent."

"service at pool non existent Room not set up for 3… towels, bed cups glasses etc tea coffee milk etc not topped up bin overflowing and not emptied Had to constantly ask reception for items water not replaced daily. no turn down on 3rd night Hotel bar closed entire 3 nights Although recently renovated the beds were unbearably uncomfortable with old mattresses and awful lumpy pillows"
