「Room, amenities, location」

「Apartment was clean, sheets nice white and crisp, kitchen had everything you need, TV was good (lots of rain so that helped lol)....Communication was very good and lovely staff who changed our room to downstairs and allowed us into room at 11.30am instead of the usual 2pm....2nd time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again....」

「The room was well presented and very clean. The bed was excellent and lovely to sleep in. Had a problem trying to watch a show on free to air tv and staff member while very accommodating was unable to fix it. Room could do with some basic appliances such as spoons and bowls and tea towels. Parking was very good.」

「Advise the hotel to provide ear plugs for guests. Saturday night thumping and music did not end until midnight & then woken up at 6am by smashing bottles - recycling or something with the bins. I thought with the refurb they'd managed to insulate the rooms for noise. Wasn't really worth the cost of $235 & having a child. Both had a terrible night sleep Check in process could be improved - better instructions of codes etc as no keys issued or reception staff - that could be an Expedia problem...

「The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.」
