「The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...

「We had a really great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was excellent—everything in Mornington was close by, making it easy to get around and visit all the places we wanted. The accommodation was also very clean and comfortable. When we first arrived, we accidentally went to the wrong place. A man there spoke to us quite rudely and told us we were at the wrong hotel. After finding the correct hotel next door, the lady at reception was incredibly kind and understanding....

「WiFi 應該是個痛點, iPhone 和 iPad 基本上都連不上, 不知道是不是要特別設定, 其他能連上的手機會說因為設備滿載, 無法連線, 但附近手機的網路也不是太好, 等於幾乎沒有網路的狀態. 房間很大, 很乾淨, 除了最後一晚沒有換到浴巾或 WiFi 之外, 整體都很滿意.」
