A good, clean location in easy walking distance of the foreshore and shops. Didn’t feel like the most secure of locations but it is a motel so should be expected and experienced no issues. Happily stay here again.

Position, convenience, affordable.

We chose Bay City for its convenience, it's off main road position - which made it quiet, and its price. All of those things were there. The unit was clean and comfortable. My only criticism would be how hard the bed is, made more so by the electric blanket which we never use anyway. I know you can't please everyone all the time.
