Bed was terrible, but it was clean. No hairdryer and the room next door was stomping around a lot, it was very noisy. It is very basic accommodation.

It’s a terrible place to stay in. Basically the room I stayed in is partitioned from a larger space, and the sound insulation is really poor. I could literally hear my neighbours conversations, and unfortunately I only fall asleep until 3am ish when they stopped the loud music. I don’t think the owners themselves would like to sleep in this place either. The room floor seems to be hollow underneath so it makes noises when walking on it, and the noise become very noticeable at night. There was nobody onsite when I checked in due to late check in (7pm ish), which I understand. But the whole place looks like an unfinished construction site surrounded by sand piles and holes on the driveways. Overall my experience with this place is really poor, and I would recommend spending a bit more to stay at somewhere nicer (I spent AUD 98 / night at this place). The rooms seem to be shoddy and quick build, and it does not give me that comfort and welcomed feeling as soon as I drive in.
This is what I mean by a space divided into 2 spaces, and we stayed on 9B
There are 2 seperate units in this white box. We stayed in one of these units at far back.
Unfinished gardens and roads, and we did not see any other customers during our visit

The ONLY Only thing I didnt like was that a malevo person occupied from 2pm the adjoining flat. He was making a banging of noise for over an hour. It was unnerving. All else was good.

The location, the price and the safety of this property made it a good place to stay so we could enjoy the Peninsula. The bed was very comfy and it was nice to have a wardrobe to hang your clothes in. The basic apartment we were in needs a good paint job but it is on the list to be done so that’s excellent. The only thing missing is Wifi and a dvd player

Basic accomodation so didn’t expect too much. Overall, clean and tidy. The only thing that could be improved is having a mattress protector and topper on the bed. You could feel the springs which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
