Overall vey nice. our room was over the front deck and could hear all the conversations so at times it was a little noisy.
When I booked this, it was posted as a PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY. When I got there, they had changed their policy. Had I been made aware of this, I would have booked another room. We we ended up booking another night before we were even told. So I had to go and get another room somewhere else and leave my daughter with that room. This was a very expensive thing for a 2.5 star stay. I’m very disappointed.

Everything was fine but I did not realize there was no elevator and my room was on the 2nd floor. I had to lug my personal belongings up the stairs.

Door latch broke on our way out. We were right next to the office so the manager saw what was going on and came right over. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes but unfortunately that made us late for our appointment

A Nice Spot for a quick stay
The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a few flaws in the condition, like peeling baseboard in the bathroom. The front desk was fabulous, they greeted us warmly, helped us find our room and happily retrieved extra pillows for us when we requested them.

The rooms are outdated, but they tried to refresh them with paint. The beds themselves were comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a lingering scent of urine in it. Perhaps because the floor had not been disinfected. The room didn’t feel cozy. The hotel is ok if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. There are only 2 floors, but no elevator. Common stair area was very dirty. They definitely need to make a point to clean doors. Definitely not a place where you would want to hang out at to relax. Will definitely not be my first choice for my next stay in Queensbury.

Went with friends for a night on a stopover. It is definitely a sparse, motel kind of place, but the experience was incredibly easy and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was adequately equipped, and it was just what we needed.
