Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved the on sight bar area where you could play games such as darts, shuffleboard, ps5, very chilled vibe.

Hyatt Centric Cambridge
Room condition is good, but front desk was not really helpful. My room heater not working, I asked for change room, but she rejected and only send me a portable heater which was not really good

Nice room, quiet hotel, hotel very clean. Bathroom a bit dated. Comfy bed, would have liked a firmer pillow, as out of the 4 pillows, only 1 was firm and 3 soft.
