2nd visit this year and as the last visit we had a clean room, both days, welcoming and helpful staff, a lovely breakfast and very tasty evening meals. Beautiful building with historic architecture that has been maintained to a high standard. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Having stayed here several times now, I continue to have a very positive experience and it has become my go-to option whenever I’m in the area for work. The location is extremely convenient, particularly for commuting into Cambridge, with the train station literally on the doorstep and easy access to Stansted Airport and the surrounding areas. It also offers very good value for money, with reasonable room rates as well as fairly priced food and drinks within the hotel. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and accommodating, and their excellent service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The rooms are comfortable and, although I’ve had a couple of minor issues on previous stays, the staff have always dealt with them professionally and done their best to make sure I was happy. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient and well-priced hotel that works perfectly for my business trips to Cambridge. After several stays, I’m still very happy to recommend it and will definitely stay again.
