The location was excellent! Great proximity to old Quebec and winter carnival. Very busy hotel for carnival weekend, sometimes had to wait a few minutes for elevators. The room was great except for the floor would have need a cleaning. But we are in winter. Some individual are forgeting to remove shoe etc... The staff is always courteous.
