Very clean room with comfortable bed and lots of amenities! Good location, just a couple of streets from the Plains of Abraham and great restaurants. Needs a bit of tidying up in the front garden and facade but room was excellent.

We loved the stay! It was clean and quaint and a good location to walk to a fun area for breakfast. It wasn’t an issue to not have staff on site, we got in easily.

The location of the property was good, it was within walking distance for most of the sites. The room we stayed in was nice but the bathroom needed some work, i.e., shower head needed to be replaced, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and a small part of the ceiling needed repair and painted. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. We would stay there again.

Total lack of staff was a little disconcerting. It is nice to have an actual person instead of having to rely on the telephone to get information or assistance.

Only problem was the very steep and long stairs to the 2nd ( really third) floor. It’s very narrow and hard to get a suitcase up. Ask for a room on a lower floor. Property was nice, great location and very clean. Would Recommend.

Nice property with paid parking in the back. No front desk staff but checkin went smoothly. Good communication from the remote staff with quick responses. Room was clean. A street a couple of blocks away offers plenty of food options. Overall a good stay.

If you are looking for an accommodation that is centrally located, visually appealing, clean, comfortable, cozy, and of incredible character, then this hotel is for you! It is a hop, skip, and jump from old Quebec and its amazing history, shops, and eateries. On your short walk to Old Quebec (turning right from the hotel), you will see beautiful historical buildings and landmarks, as well as many eateries. Avenue Cartier, one block to the left, with it’s beautiful lamp shade street lights, also has many shops, eateries, and places where you can buy groceries. We found this hotel ideally located, and with amazing service. They personalize your stay and experience, keeping in constant contact and always working for you to have an incredible experience.
