At my arrival at around 4:00pm on 02/07 there was no heat or barely in my room , the hot water in the sink was unusable , the fridge was warm , the shower door was broken and more . I went out and came back around 8:30pm to find out that nothing had been fixed .I called the receptionist (not on location ) and asked for at least a space heater for awhile but they had none left. So I informed them that I had to leave . So in this freezing room it took me until midnight to find another place much further that I wanted due to being a Saturday night and a Carnaval weekend . The next day the group Aneyro, which by the way has at least 9 other properties around Quebec City , contacted me . The director offered me a full refund for the 2 nights and for the $50.00 parking but only if I would sign a form that stated that I would not write a review on line . Well , l am a woman that believes in justice and freedom of speech so I refused this offer . In addition to a full reimbursement I asked them to pay for my 2 night stay at another location as a compensation for this terrible encounter but the director said that « they were not in a position to provide additional financial compensation or reimbursement for alternate accommodations «  For me the customer service at this hotel was truly inexistant. This has been a very regrettable experience.

Hôtel impeccable, meubles neufs, espaces communs bien pensés et super mignons. Un des hôtels les plus propres que j'aie visités de ma vie. Seul bémol, le mini-frigo dans la chambre 15 fait du bruit... je suggère de le débrancher la nuit. Je vais choisir cet hôtel chaque fois que je visiterai Québec !

With this being a virtual hotel (no front desk reception) it was very smooth. Simply pick up the phone ant the reception desk and your support is right there. If you text them they response with seconds. Great job!

Room very well taken care of, great location and very cute. If you are someone who struggles with stairs or online check ins i wouldn't recommend. However i loved the charm of the hotel and it provided us with access to alot of sights without having to drive!

Vive déception à l'arrivée car chambre n'ayant aucunement l'apparence de la photo retrouvée sur Expedia et sur le site de l'hôtel pour ce type de chambre. Et pourtant, j'avais spécifié lors de la réservation que je voulais avoir la chambre telle que sur la photo et pas une autre. Or, il semble après plusieurs échanges avec l'hôtelier que cette demande faite sur le site d'Expedia n'a jamais été transmise à l'hôtelier. Chambre obtenue propre mais très petite, sans aucun espace de rangement. Clairement, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement et éviterons également de réserver par la plate-forme Expedia lorsque nous aurons des demandes spécifiques pour un hôtelier.

I planned this trip to Montréal to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and was genuinely excited about it. What should have been a nice, meaningful getaway ended up leaving me feeling unsettled, disappointed, and honestly shaken — not just by the stay itself, but by what happened afterward. From the very beginning, things felt wrong. We had trouble even getting into the building because the electronic key system was confusing and unreliable, which left us standing outside in the cold trying to figure out how to enter. When we finally got inside, I was startled to see that the main entrance door had been broken and replaced with a sheet of plywood. This wasn’t some back entrance or temporary interior repair — it was the front door. Seeing that immediately made me feel unsafe. Inside the building, there was a strong chemical smell that gave both of us headaches and made it hard to relax. It lingered and added to the overall feeling that something wasn’t right. The room itself had basic issues that shouldn’t happen anywhere presenting itself as a hotel. There was no soap in the bathroom, the TV didn’t work, and the stairs were extremely narrow and steep, with no elevator, which was not clearly disclosed when booking. There was also no front desk or staff on site, which made the entire experience feel unattended and isolating. What upset me most was that this was supposed to be a birthday trip — something special — and instead it felt stressful and disappointing.

I prepaid for an EV parking spot because I needed to charge my car. However, when I arrived in the evening, my designated spot was occupied by another vehicle. I called customer service several times before finally getting through. They said they would ask the manager to coordinate, but the car was never moved. I then tried to park in another EV spot, but that charging station was broken, which left me unable to charge at all. It wasn’t until 10:30 the next morning that the Volvo—an ICE car that didn’t even need charging—finally moved. Fortunately, I still had enough range to drive a few kilometers to charge elsewhere; otherwise, it would have been a very scary situation. In the room, there were two heaters, and one of them was broken and not working. The bathroom has a glass window with only a sheer white curtain. It felt very unsafe when showering, as it was clearly visible from outside. Overall, the experience was very poor.
