「The apartment is well maintained, clean, quite and safe. We had good 2 days stay here with family. This place is very close to old Quebec city. I would highly recommend for others and would love to visit again. 」

「Parking is very convenient and it is just a short walk. Rooms are clean. if there is in-suite washing machine and dryer, then it will be a perfect spot. If snow on the street in front of the building can be removed and cleared, then it will make it more safe to get on and get off car.」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...
