The property was in a good location. It was close to the sight we wanted to see. The room was adequate and served our purpose. We dis have an issues with the AC with it not working properly. Othe than that our stay was good.

The place is really near everything of the old quebec you go anywhere by walk. Theres a parking 24$ per Day really near the hotel. The room is clean and it has a well working AC.

Forth floor is a tough climb with luggage. No assistance and no elevator. Forth floor rooms extremely tight and low sealing. No staff at checkout.

Wonderful place. Great location right in the middle of downtown. Park your car around back of the hotel for a fee and walk everywhere. Room was clean, had a frig. Water was nice and hot! Staff at check in professional and helpful showing me where to park. Would retyrn to this hotel again.

Perfect location in Vieux Quebec. Free breakfast at Sagamite restaurant was ideal. I would say the property while historical probably needs some upkeep and better cleaning. Anyone with mobility issues should avoid staying here - lots of stairs and they are steep.
