「I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The property is in serious need of maintenance and upkeep. The buildings were dirty, poorly maintained, and gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority. We also encountered a significant bug problem throughout the building. What concerned me the most was the apparent lack of security. The doors did not seem to lock properly and there was a noticeable gap between the door and frame. Someone can easily bypass the lock by sliding a card or...

We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. 「Staff were very friendly and professional. Room and lobby were very clean. The hotel was conveniently located to highways, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Our room was comfortable and extremely quiet! We ran into 2 problems while we were there. The first day, the pool was closed because of repairs. It was opened the second day and was lovely. The other problem was that our bathroom sink clogged. 「This hotel is not what is shown in the pictures. It was evident when I pulled in with my family that the hotel was not clean nor safe due to multiple reasons. We asked for a refund due to the reasons and they refused to refund us. Stay away from this hotel and find some where else even if it cost more money」
