The staff gaslight me about a guest that was a “good guy” who followed my college age daughter around parking area tonight when she took our dog out. He met her move every time she tried to move away from her. When I called to report it, the front desk guy said he’s working on a film and a “good guy” that has stayed since last week. Then he called back after he looked at the camera and said he was just waiting for his friend. Then tried to charge me for my pets and accusing me of not putting it in the Expedia system (that was not a booking option). Totally deflecting. We felt in danger of being trafficked and left immediately. We are now forced to drive 5 hours in the middle of the night, in fear for our lives. Don’t stay here!!!!

We try to get our guest in and out of check in as quickly as possible so you can get to lay down and get some rest from driving. Thank you for your stay

Not good
Reserved 2 nights. On the first night I got a phone call about a family emergency and this place did not give me a refund for the second night after I paid for the full 2 nights.

Sorry for that sir, but like I requested you to contact the website you had made a reservation through, they would go by the cancellation policy set forth before a refund can be issued. The cancellation policy on the website you had made ,is 24 hours which was not enough time for them to give you a refund. You would have to make a cancellation on a reservation before the 24 hours not after it had expired, sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for the feedback, we remodeled our guest rooms 3 months ago but our office is just now being remodeled so the paint smell is still there. We will be back to normal is a week or two, Thank you and hope to see you again when passing through

The employees were extremely nice. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Only complaint I have is the mattress was way too hard for my liking. I’d most definitely stay there again.

Disc Golf Competition in Noble
The hotel called to check what time we would be arriving. The bed was firm, the a/c worked wonderfully and the room was clean. Very affordable and quick drive to noble and Norman. The staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out. I felt very safe in the well lit hotel and parking lot.

We are almost done with the modern remodel work and will be much better soon. Thank you for your stay and hope to seen you again, and you left the room very clean like a person leaves their own bedroom, thank you for that.

Basic budget hotel. Nothing fancy. All ground floor, which is nice for us older folks who try to avoid stairs with luggage. Close to walmart and several restaurants. Really nice people. They are still in the process of remodeling. One thing we did miss was not having ice, but since walmart was close, I grabbed a bag when I was getting a couple of other things.

The owners are very friendly and nice, outgoing. Rooms are very very basic. We have stayed there years ago. This time had to cancel after one night as the internet was down and didn’t know until after check in. They were very helpful in getting a refund. The only two things I didn’t like was no coffee machine and the internet was down, but not their fault.
