"Visited with my wife and two you kinds (9 & 4). The rooms were beautiful. The property was amazing. Everything about this place was great. Staff members were super helpful, happy, and friendly. Highly recommend the place. Long story but, I originally only planned on staying here for the last night of our vacation (Sunday night, leave Monday) but, due to weather issues back at home. I couldn’t get a flight home until Thursday. Luckily this place has availability to extend my stay. Very helpful in a tough situation. We did one of the garden rooms the first night without all inclusive (again was supposed to be just one night). We loved the first floor level especially for the four year old. He could just walk out and enjoy the lawn between the pool. Very easy location for the kids without having to deal with an elevator. Remaining nights we had a one bedroom with a king and pull out couch. It was huge. Beautiful spot. We ended up doing the all inclusive for remaining stay and that was a good call. The property is kind of isolated and far from the main part of Cancun so, you are kind of forced to eat on site. However, there are so many food options that are really good. "

"As you walk in, you are greeted with the scent of relaxation and a beautifully prepared signature cocktail. The room is clean, large, very quiet, with a private outdoor space and fantastic water pressure! It is well stocked with snacks and drinks, and there is turn down service to make sure you are ready for the next day. The staff are truly kind and helpful without being solicitous or overbearing. They seemed to read body language well! All of the food was top notch and presented as you would find in a 4 star restaurant. Drinks are plentiful and available everywhere. There is a beautiful spa that offers unique couples' experiences as well as a complimentary 30-minute Hydrotherapy session. The fitness center has something for everyone! There is nothing that stood out negatively to us. This was a quiet (no party atmosphere here!), peaceful getaway that we will look forward to enjoying again."
