"A very luxurious and calming experience for our first visit to Mallorca. The hotel has a lot of thoughtful small touches (thick beach towels, lovely soaps), great parking, and a very restful and delightful ambience. Breakfast had a glorious amount of options. "Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food."

"My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!"

"This hotel is nice but has the potential to be very good indeed. Location, rooms , facilities are lovely and lunch service is excellent. Bar service is good with very friendly and attentive staff. Our only slight issues revolved around breakfast service where service was slow, food although ordered to table was cold when served and on one occasion my breakfast order never arrived. The standard continental breakfast selection was good but the lack of good hot cooked breakfast did not help. I would stay again but would definitely raise my concerns if the breakfast service had not improved."

"I had very enjoyable stay. Its right in the marina in a quieter area compared to Cala Millor. I was probably the youngest there by about 20 years but it was a nice vibe, good food, clean room and friendly staff. Would be good if the pool and gym could open a bit earlier as I tend to like to get a swim in before breakfast but its close enough to the beach so not much of an issue really. Also first time I've stayed somewhere where you have to pay for the use of the safe in the room which was a bit odd but again not much of an issue. Overall was great, lovely staff, good food, nice room, great location and facilities. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff very friendly always helpful from the reception to the restaurant staff, life guard and room cleaners, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely atmosphere around the pool nice little pool bar for snacks and drinks, I was here in peak season and no trouble getting a sunbed as long as your there by about 10am there’s always a few about but maybe not with shade if you get there too late. Food selection was great in the morning and evening, an evening meal is 16 euro and it’s a all you can eat buffet style so it’s very good value for the amount you can have, the air con in my room worked very well even though it was up to 39c while I was here it had no trouble keeping my room nice and cool. Very well situated hotel a wide selection of shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk and more further on into cala millor and beyond, cala bona and cala millor are both very nice clean friendly places with all you can need in terms of entertainment from the quiet bars to a few louder bigger bars with live music, food at restaurants was lovely and such a wide selection and I was never once disappointed with anything I ate or drank, I would absolutely come here again it feels safe and very friendly"

Our room opened up to the garden with a small table and chairs to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Exceptional buffet breakfast taken on the terrace overlooking farmland and the hills behind."
