"The hotel was as pictured and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they like their jobs. The room was clean and we got upgraded to a pool view upon arrival. The pillows could be softer but I used one the extra comforters in the closet for extra padding. Also daily room service which was great for clean towels when needed. The hotel is in a great location walkable to shops and the beach. People walked and biked along the path during the day and night. Super safe location....

Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. "From the bottom of my heart, MIM did not dissapoint! Brilliant location, clean rooms, selection of great food! Kindest staff including David, Lucia and Luis! Could not have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend. Would have loved for parking to be onsite but there is plenty of parking locally that is free which is super helpful"
