「Once I booked the instructions for my get away was emailed to me. Danielle made it super easy by texted me the information needed to enter the condo. This place is a great location. 5 mins away from Starbucks reserve for you coffee drinkers and walking distance to space needle, pike marrket, Lumen stadium, Tmobile stadium, and more. We walked everywhere and the only time we got an Uber was to get some groceries to the condo since you can cook there. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!」

「I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. 」
