Hotel Eloisa - Near Playa de los Muertos
Nice hotel. I would recommend getting a room at the end of the hotel, as they have a Zumba class in the park in front of the hotel that can wake you up very early. Other than that, it is a nice hotel.

Emperador Vallarta Beachfront Hotel and Suites
Quiet simple boutique hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had a balcony overlooking the ocean and kept the glass door open to listen to the waves for my entire stay. Have been coming here for years. Looking forward to going back again.
